Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. All the equipment on hire remains the property of this Company who are the owners.
2. The minimum charge will be the daily rate of the minimum rate as stated.
3. A week for the purpose of hire is 5 days
4. The period of hire commences on the date the equipment leaves our works and ceases on the day it is returned. Weekend hire is usually at the two day rate.
5. Carriage undertaken by the owners is not included in the rate of hire. The hirer will be charged with the cost of repairing any damage other than fair wear and tear, and the current cost of replacement to the owner in the event of loss.
7. The owner will not be held responsible for any damage which may be caused by the equipment whilst it is being operated by, or in the care of the hirer or his agent.
8. Tools and leads are supplied to the hirer in good condition. Tools damaged or used beyond resharpening and leads returned cut or damaged will be charged to the hirer at the current list price.
9. We recommend that the users arrange for their own appropriate insurance cover during the hire period.
10. A deposit is required at the commencement of the hire period in addition to the hire charge. |
